K Y (Kyo Yung) Kim

S R Kim is president, Air Products Korea. Based in Seoul, Korea, he is fully responsible for the strategy and sustainable growth of the company’s Industrial Gases business in Korea and the franchise in Xi’an Hi-Tech Park in China.

Mr. Kim joined Air Products’ joint venture company in 1991. He subsequently held various significant positions in Air Products Korea, including Electronics supply chain manager, Electronics materials manager, and Electronics tonnage fab development director. In 2014, Mr. Kim was assigned to Xi’an, China, where he assumed the role of general manager of Air Products Xi’an. He returned to Korea in 2016 and was named commercial director, followed by senior commercial director in 2021.

Mr. Kim holds a B.A. degree in physics from Chung-Ang University of Seoul, South Korea.
