Hotel, Fees, Transportation and Visa Information

Fees
There is no registration fee for the seminar, which includes a number of events and meals hosted by Air Products. The optional training course is also being offered free of charge to registered seminar delegates. Transportation, hotel accommodations, and other meals, not noted on the agenda, are the responsibility of the individual attendee.

Hotel Accommodations
Air Products has reserved a block of rooms at the Ritz Carlton, Sarasota, Florida for seminar attendees. Reservations will be made by Air Products in the name of individual delegates. Please provide accommodation requirements where indicated on the registration form.

The rate at the Ritz Carlton for the period of the seminar is US$315 per room, per night +tax and is the responsibility of each attendee. This is a discounted rate offered only to Air Products customers. Air Products will cover the parking and resort fees which include:

Transportation
The Ritz Carlton is only 4 miles from Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) and 65 miles from Tampa International Airport (TPA). Delegates may contact the hotel concierge desk at +1-941-309-2000 to inquire about transportation services and fees.

Travel Documentation
Depending on your country of origin you may require a visa to travel to the United States. Due to the heightened security in the United States it may take more time than usual to obtain a visa. We suggest you apply for your visa early. If you need a Letter of Invitation, please complete the relevant section of the registration form.

Accompanying Guests
Accompanying guests are welcome and will be invited to participate in the conference social activities and meals. In addition, there are many more leisure activities available in the surrounding area and at the Ritz Carlton. You can refer to the hotel website for additional information. Please let us know if your spouse or a guest will be accompanying you by completing the guest section on the registration form.

Registration Reminder
Please complete and submit the registration form at the link above. In addition, email a digital photo of yourself to: LNGmrktg@airproducts.com. Complete the form and email your photo by 2 September 2022. In a few weeks, after receipt of your registration and photo, we will provide additional details concerning Air Products' Owners Seminar.
