Charles Dawson

Charles M. Dawson is executive director, Americas Operations, at Air Products. He has leadership responsibility for the operations and maintenance of all operating assets in North and South America.
Mr. Dawson joined Air Products in 2008 as a supervisor at the company’s Granite City, Ill. air separation unit (ASU). In 2012 he relocated to Cleveland, Ohio, where he was named site manager for the ASU facility. During this time, Mr. Dawson also assumed responsibilities for West Virginia, Western Pennsylvania, and Western New York. He was named North Sub-region line manager in 2018, prior to assuming his current position.
Mr. Dawson served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy.
